Our commitment to constant improvement has led us to develop three quality-assurance initiatives : a Benchmarking Committee, the Linen Working Group and the Orange Bag Reject System.

Benchmarking Committee

Our Benchmarking Committee benchmarks linen use and advises on best practice to assist all healthcare organisations that we supply.

Linen Working Group

The Linen Working Group includes staff awareness programs, guidelines for imprest levels and stock on hand.

Orange Bag Reject System

This system is the first dedicated reject retrieval system implemented in Australia.
